From July 4th to July 11th we cruised on the Sapphire Princess from Seattle, WA to Victoria, BC and Skagway, Ketchikan and Juneau, Alaska with Dad, Cory, Patty and Carly. Here are snippets of our jouney.
Day 7: The last night of our trip was spent in Victoria, British Columbia. Dad, Patty, Cory, Carly and I enjoyed an evening of perfect weather strolling around the lush, beautiful gardens and the stunning fireworks display at dusk. I was in heaven with my camera.
Meanwhile, Dave and Aden were out on the water spotting whales. Aden was overjoyed about the 180 sightings he counted - mostly orcas with a few grey whales mixed in. Dave and Aden confirmed what Dad had already said - getting a great picture of them is not easy! Here is a sample of what they saw:
