Today, without fanfare, Aden started second grade. It was cause for me to recall my best year with my favorite teacher in second grade. Dwelling in my thoughts worked well, because there wasn't much in this milestone that Aden wanted to discuss. He had a good day, but he just didn't think any of the day's events were that noteworthy.
Aden and Dave were both thrilled that we celebrated with a Dairy Queen treat after school, however! :)
